The Safe Stuff
On-top of our regular Brewery Tour safety measures, we’ve added a few extra steps to ensure the safety of both you and our Beer Team.
Our team will deep cleaning between each tour session, and PPE will be provided and mandatory throughout your tour.
TRACK AND TRACE
As per the UKGov Track and Trace requirements, everyone will be required to sign up via a QR code upon entry.
Our bar will also be open to the public for our Pop-Up Beer Garden & BBQ every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Read all about it here.
Inside the brewhouse, staff and visitors must keep a 1m distance during the tour, using the face shield covering provided or Camden safety goggles and your own mask.
Outside during the tasting you’ll be seated 2m apart without face covering (so you can try all the beers).
Smaller tour groups
As you’ll be joining people outside of your bubble on the tour, we have reduced the maximum group size to 6 to ensure social distancing can be maintained throughout.
If you’d like to fully book out a tour with just your bubble of 6 to 10 people, email us at [email protected]
Clear Safety instructions
All tour attendees will receive a safety briefing at the start of their tour, and PPE and hand sanitizer is freely available throughout and encouraged to use by staff and visitors.
New Tour Times
We’ve reduced the amount of tours per day, to minimise contact between staff and visitors and maximise efficient time for cleaning. We now have table service and a one-way system across the mews for our Pop-Up Bar.
How do I book a tour?
You can buy a ticket here. There’s limited space, so don’t hang about!
They cost from £20 per person and we host them on Saturdays and Sundays. We’ll release new tours every couple of weeks.
A magical tour around our brew house, the freshest beer straight from the tank, a beer tasting with our Tour Champion of our full beer range, a Camden Town Brewery tour pin badge and a few pints on us afterwards.
How long does a tour last?
Our brewery tours last around 1½ hours. When it comes to making our lagers and talking about beer, we don’t like to rush.
If you’d like to stay and enjoy a beer at our Beer Garden + BBQ after just let us know so we can find you a table.
Can I have a beer in your bar before/after my tour?
Things are a bit different at the moment. We have closed our Brewery Bar, and have opened our socially distanced Pop-Up Beer Garden + BBQ, where you can book tables of up to 6 people. Read all about it here.
So can I come for a beer before/after?
Yes, beforehand you can enjoy a beer so long as there is a table available - no need to book.
Afterwards you’ll have a table to enjoy a beer and some food if you like too.
WHAT TO WEAR
On the tour - please wear closed toe shoes and fully cover your legs. Our bar is outside, so dress for the weather - we’d recommend a sun hat or sun cream on hot days, and something warm/waterproof for those typical ‘British Summer’ days as you will be seated outside.
I can only see one ticket available for the date I want?
That simply means there is only one ticket left for the tour on that date.
To ensure we can safely stick to social distancing guidelines, we’ve reduced the group size on tours to 6 people.
What if the date I want to attend isn’t on the drop down list?
We’re really sorry but it probably means it’s sold out. Our tours tend to sell out a few weeks in advance so it’s worth booking ahead if you can.
Can I bring my kids/dog?
So we can keep everyone safe, our tours are for 18+ only, with no pets allowed inside the brewhouse. Dogs are allowed in the bar if you book in for beers though.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes! You can buy a voucher online here. They have one year to be redeemed and are digital, so perfect for a gift.
Is there a cloakroom?
Whilst you are on your tour, we have a safe place to lock your coats and any small bags you have.
What if I need a refund?
If it’s more than 48 hours before the tour, then we can refund your tickets. If it’s after that, then unfortunately we won’t be able to do so.
When it rains we’ll have to refund your tour booking and close the beer garden, which means no tours too. We’ll help you re-book onto the next available tour that suits you.
