What's your age again?

Before we get to the good stuff, we have to make sure you're of legal drinking age. Check your ID. Text a friend. Call your parents. Don't worry, we'll wait.

  • How do I book a tour?

If you’d like to book a tour in advance, you can buy a ticket here.

  • What if the date I want to attend isn’t on the drop down list?

We’re really sorry but it probably means it’s sold out. Our tours tend to sell out a few weeks in advance so it’s worth booking ahead if you can.

  • How long does a tour last?

Our brewery tours last around 1½ - 2 hours. When it comes to making our lagers and talking about beer, we don’t like to rush.

  • I can only see one ticket available for the date I want?

That simply means there is only one ticket left for the tour on that date.

  • Can you release more tickets?

As our brew house is filled to the brim with brewing equipment, we have to limit our tours to a maximum of 10 people for health and safety reasons.

  • What if I need a refund?

If it’s more than 48 hours before the tour, then we can refund your tickets. If it’s after that, then unfortunately we won’t be able to do so.

  • Can I bring a friend?

If your friend wants to come along but doesn’t have a ticket and the tour has sold out then we sadly can’t. However, they can always come have a pint or two at the Brewery Bar while you’re on the tour and then you can tell them all about the beer they’ve been drinking when you get back.

  • Can I change dates?

If you need to change your dates, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, we do indeed, and they are great if you don’t know what date people might want to come along.

Our Brewery Tour Vouchers cost £30 each and are valid for 2 people to attend one of our tours.

To use the voucher, all the person you’re buying them for has to do is ring up and reserve their place(s). Once they’ve gotten over the sheer joy and exhilaration of you buying them such a fantastic present, that is.
