We’re living for the weeknights, so we made this beer. Unfiltered, dry-hopped and full of flavour, it’s lower in ABV, so more like dancing in the kitchen than an all-night rave (though what you do on a Tuesday is up to you).
We don’t need no pasteurisation.
Most lager is pasteurised. Ours isn’t.
We like it better that way.
Why? Look it up and find it out.
(Hint: it’s why our beer tastes so FRESH.)
Or so some say. In this case, it’s not that mystical – 3% is Week Nite’s ABV, meaning there’s one unit of alcohol in a 330ml can. Not magic, but good to know.
Cascade and centennial hops are the taste of first wave USA craft beer. Their piney, citrus and spicy notes inspired countless classic beers stateside and set us on the path of American hopped lagers that led to Week Nite.
All Camden lagers have three things in common: 1. Our house pilsner malt, 2. Bavarian lager yeast, 3. Four weeks maturation in tank. Which is nice, because it means they have something to chat about with each other.
