Chef at Camden’s Daughter
We’re looking for a chef to join Camden Town Brewery’s bar ‘Camden’s Daughter’ in the heart of Kentish Town.
Serving up the best British ingredients with influences from around the Mediterranean and America, cooked on our charcoal fueled Robarta grill and rotisserie, in a precise but informal style. Partnering with producers such as Paddock Farm to create bespoke menu, just for Camden’s Daughter. Our menu changes each week, using the best seasonal produce the farm has available.
Food service will come from an open kitchen, and a production area for food preparation.
All applicants should have a real interest in produce and traditional cooking techniques, and a good understanding of all aspects of a kitchen including ordering, as well as food safety and heath & safety.
