Production Admin Assistant


This role is responsible for the management of raw materials, stock movements, control, inventory management and order tracking and management using SAP and excel in the Brewing and Packaging departments.


Located at Enfield however flexibility to also travel to our Kentish Town Brewery.

Key Responsibilities

Ordering raw materials for brewing for both sites, Enfield and Kentish Town to ensure all materials are available to complete production.  Assisted by area Leads.

Raw and pack material stock control of both sites. Coordinate weekly stock takes with area Team Leaders and Production Administrator.  Ensure usage levels are minimised, notifying and measuring loss rates with the area team leaders.

Performing and reconciling monthly raw and pack material and work in progress stock counts for reporting for end of month financial reporting.

Carrying out stock counts at our Supplier warehouses annually.

Manage, maintain and improve where possible the supply of raw materials from suppliers focussing on minimising costs where possible.

Production SAP upkeep with assistance from area leads, Production Administrator and other departments as required.  This role is responsible for ensuring Production SAP is up to date with the relevant information from production:

Goods ordering on SAP
Good receipt on SAP
Maintain MRP in Excel
Transfers between sites
Batch management of stock and raw materials within SAP
Processing of packaging on SAP and assisting brew planning.

Essential Requirements

As role forms part of the production team and must possess a flexible attitude towards work and be prepared to work various hours and travel as required to support the business needs.

Desire skills: but not necessarily essential for the role include

Knowledge of SAP or other similar automated stock tracking and financial systems.
Relevant technical qualifications (e.g. accounting, business, Excel, computer systems) is an advantage.
Strong computer competency and knowledge of spreadsheets and database systems is desired.
