Process Manager - Enfield

Purpose

We are recruiting for a Process Managers to join our team in Enfield. Desired experience in Brewing and Packaging.

The Process Manager role is responsible for ensuring process, projects and continuous improvement of production operations are planned, managed and completed successfully. They are responsible for establishing, implementing, understanding and executing projects safely, efficiently and cost effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety, housekeeping and quality standards and procedures are adhered to at all times. You must ensure your safety and the safety of others during the course of your duties.
Comply with internal standards and legal regulations required in food production facilities.

Measure, manage, analyse and communicate key metrics and KPIs to drive decision making and improvements in all areas of production.

Lead production based projects from initiation to execution. Coordinate the teams and resources for projects as required to ensure projects are completed in on time, in budget.

Identify areas for improvements to safety, quality and production and work with the necessary departments to bring them to fruition

Drive optimisation and continuous improvement in the Production team across Enfield and the wider brewery.  This role is key to the continued operation of the brewery and is expected to challenge the status quo in search of improving the products and processes in all areas.

Quality; ensure all quality standards are understood, followed and managed by the team to produce the best standard of beer possible.  Manage the processes and systems to allow the production teams to have the best possible tools to complete their tasks.

Assist on other Camden Town Brewery projects and demands as required.


Specific skills, education and experience desired for the role include:

At least 2 years experience in a production or projects based position, preferably within a brewing facility.
Strong leadership skills, previous experience in a Team Leader or Management position is highly desired.
Working knowledge across all areas of brewery production.
Relevant technical degree (e.g. science, brewing, engineering) is strongly desired
Demonstrable experience of delivering process improvement
IBD Diploma in Brewing qualification or similar is an advantage.
