Warehouse Team Leader - Enfield
Directing the team of warehouse operatives & managing their workload in accordance with business priorities & weekly delivery/collection schedule
First point of escalation for warehouse issues
Daily meeting with other team leaders to raise issues & update on business priorities
Processing EMCS paperwork to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
Reporting to warehouse manager on completion of agreed daily/weekly task checklist
Support warehouse manager in implementing projects/new routines etc
Delivering, & helping to implement, critical comms or training updates.
Feedback to warehouse manager on team requirements & recommendations
Participate in shift handover with other cross-departmental team leaders
Developmental projects based on departmental objectives.
Fire Marshal training
First Aid training
Chemical spill training
This role will work over a 24/7 Panama shift period as required.
