1. What is the Camden Town Brewery 'Pints For Prints' promotion?

Our Camden Town Brewery ‘Limited Edition Design Print’ promotion in collaboration with Young’s ‘190 Years of Beer’ gives you the chance to have your own limited edition unframed Camden A3 Art Print created exclusively for us, on us. Make sure to download and use the Young’s ‘On Tap’ app and complete 3 transactions which include at least 1 Camden beer purchase (either Hells or Pale, both draught and pack, half pints and pints included) at a participating Young’s outlet (this can be different Young’s venues, within the campaign period) to get involved!

2. How long will the promotion be open for?

The promotion starts on the 16th September 2021 and closes for purchase on the 31st October 2021. Claim your print by visiting camdentownbrewery.com/190yearsyoungs no later than the 30th November 2021.

3. How do I get involved?

You can participate in the campaign by downloading the Young’s ‘On Tap’ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (on iOS or Android respectively). After downloading the app to your smartphone, once you’ve completed 3 transactions including 1 Camden beer purchase (either Hells or Pale, both draught and pack, half pints and pints included) at a participating Young’s outlet, show your app to your bartender who will register your claim and provide you with a Unique Code to claim your free Camden A3 Art Print. You can then visit camdentownbrewery.com/190yearsyoungs to enter your details along with your 8 digit unique code and choose from 4 of the prints we have available.

4. Can I complete an On Tap transaction to receive a unique code for a print at all Young’s outlets?

You will only be able complete transactions to gain a stamp on your On Tap app at participating Young’s outlets during the promotional period. This can be across different Young’s venues within the campaign period.

5. Can I claim more than 1 limited edition unframed Camden A3 Art print?

Yes, you can! You can claim a maximum of 4 prints per household by providing 4 unique codes obtained by completing the stamp card on the Young’s On Tap app. (This is achieved by completing 3 x separate transactions on the app, which include at least 1 Camden beer). The promotion is limited to a maximum of 4 print redemptions per household, despite which print is chosen. Each unique code can only be used once.

6. Can I choose which limited edition Camden A3 Art Print I receive?

You absolutely can! There are 4 different designs to choose from. Please select your print design (subject to availability) from here camdentownbrewery.com/190yearsyoungs. The print designs are subject to availability and must be claimed by 30th November 2021.

7. My unique code isn’t working. What should I do?

Please check that you have entered each digit correctly. Each unique code is valid for one use only. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the unique code you are trying to enter so we can work out how to best assist you.

8. I cannot read my code, what should I do?

9. Can I claim my Camden A3 Art Print by post?

No, this is an online redemption offer, claims can only be made via the promotional website.

10. When will I receive my Camden A3 Art Print?

We want to get your print to you straight away so you can enjoy it! We will try and deliver your print within 10 days of you receiving your confirmation email, although as per the terms and conditions prints could take up to 28 working days for a claim to be dispatched.

11. Can I change my delivery address?

No, unfortunately, once claims have been submitted address details cannot be changed. Please make sure to input the correct address!

12. I have not received my Camden A3 Art Print, what do I do?

Your print should be dispatched to you within 28 days to the address you provided at the time of your online entry. If you have not received your print or after 28 days, please contact us at
[email protected]brewery.com. If you claimed an A3 print it will not fit through a letterbox so it is a good idea to insert a delivery address at the point of order where there will be someone in at the time your post is normally delivered.

13. I received my Camden A3 Art Print, but it was damaged, what should I do?

We will endeavour to package the gift as well as possible. In the unusual event that your print is damaged whilst in transit, please take a photo of the damaged print and packaging and email it to [email protected] so we can work out how to best resolve your dissatisfaction.

14. Can I purchase a Camden A3 Art Print?

No, unfortunately, the Camden A3 Art Prints are currently exclusive to this promotion and cannot be purchased.

15. I don’t live in the UK; can I claim a Limited Edition Camden A3 Art Print?

No, unfortunately, the offer is only available to residents of the UK.

16. What will the information I have submitted be used for?

Your information will only be used to fulfil and to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks, unless you have opted to receive future marketing communications (brew news) from Camden Town Brewery. It will also be used to check how many times you have entered over the course of the offer. Personal information that you provide may sometimes be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

17. The Young’s ‘On Tap’ app is not working. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Make sure to contact [email protected] and we will do
our best to resolve the issue.

18. I don’t have access to the internet, how can I enter?

Unfortunately, the offer is only available via Young’s ‘190 Years of Beer’ smartphone app and the Camden Town Brewery promotional website, and therefore access to the Internet is essential. There are many public facilities such as libraries, which offer access to the Internet, but a smart phone that can download and use the app is still required.
