We’ve partnered with Secret 7”, who bring together the worlds of music and design to raise money for charity. Sounds great right? Combining fresh, forward thinking ideas with fresh, never pasteurised beers, all for a great cause.
Secret 7” takes 7 tracks from 7 of the best-known musicians around and presses each one 100 times to 7” vinyl, with an open invite to artists around to world to create artwork for the 7 tracks. The result is 700 unique records which are exhibited in London, before being auctioned. This year, with the support of Rega, 15 artists have each put together a custom designed turntable to be shown at their Planar 1/1 exhibition, to later auction off too - all to raise money for Choose Love Help Refugees.
So, with our Seasonal Design Collaborator and Secret 7” artist, Gaurab Thakali, we’re bringing our love of great design and beer together to help support this great cause. Inspired by the exhibition, Gaurab has illustrated his favourite 7 musicians and we’ve designed a bunch of limited edition merch available to win when you buy our one-off Hells Lager Secret 7” pack, as an extra way to raise money for the charity.
Help Refugees are a refugee charity with minimal overheads and maximum impact. They go where the need is greatest, find the local organisations doing the most effective work, and give them what they need to help people – whether that’s funding, material aid or volunteers.
The pack of 7 x Hells Lager 330ml cans are £12, with £4 from every box going towards Help Refugees. Everyone who purchases this limited edition pack by 15th November will be entered into a prize draw to win some one-off merch designed by Gaurab, including a hand painted Rega Planar 1 turntable.
