Camden Fresh Prints Promotion

Terms & Conditions


By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.


1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the “Promoter”).

2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.

3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, and the promotional packaging, as this may be required for validation and in order for the claimant to receive the Gift(s). Internet access and a valid email address are required.

4. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not consume more product than the recommended UK government guidelines The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read for more information.

Promotional Period

5. Purchase between 00:01 BST on 18 October 2021 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31 March 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).

6. All Claims must be made by 14 April 2022.


7. There are Nine (9) individual designs for claimants to choose to have printed on:

a. Unframed A3 Camden Art Print: The design is printed on an A3 poster. Claimants also have the option of purchasing a white or black frame for £17.00, otherwise the print will come unframed; or

b. Camden Art T-Shirt: This is only available to Claimants who have purchased a 10 x 330mL or 12 x 330mL pack. The t-shirts are white, and come in sizes S, M, L, XL or XXL (see our size guide chart for more information during the order process).

8. Gifts are limited to a maximum of 9 per household, despite which Gift is claimed.

How to Claim

9. To claim:

a. Purchase a:

i. 4 x 330mL, 10 x 330mL or 12 x 330mL of Camden Hells, 4 x 330mL Camden Off Menu or Pale, with the promotion advertised on pack from a participating store including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco, Asda, Co-Op, One Stop or Whole Foods (the “Participating Stores”); or

b. Go online to;

c. Enter your unique reference code (found on the inside of the promotional pack);

d. Select one of the 9 print designs and choose whether to apply it to an A3 Print or T-Shirt (depending on your purchase);

i. Prints: If you have purchased any promotional pack, then your chosen print design can be applied to an A3 poster;

ii. Camden Art T-shirts: If you have purchased a 10 x 330mL or 12 x 330mL promotional Camden Hells packs, you will have the option to choose to apply a design to a t-shirt, otherwise it will be printed as an A3 print. If you choose the t-shirt option, then you will be asked to select which size you require – S, M, L, XL or XXL (see our size guide chart for more information during the order process). Please be careful when selecting the size as Claimants are not able to return or exchange their t-shirt after they have placed their order;

e. Provide your details, including full name, email address and postal address (including postcode);

10. When entering a delivery address in the United Kingdom the address details are passed to and verified against Royal Mails PAF® service to ensure successful fulfilment. Please note that if you are claiming an A3 print your print will not go through your post box so please insert a delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery of your print.

11. Claims are limited to a maximum of one per unique 8-digit alpha-numeric code.

12. Codes are printed on the inside of promotional packs.

13. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide the first initial, surname and county of residence to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

Optional Frame Purchase

14. Prints & Frames: When a Claimant chooses an A3 Print they also have the option to select a £17.00 black or white frame with the A3 Print. At the point of order if a Claimant selects an optional frame then they will be asked for their bank details in order to take payment. Payments can be made via debit or credit card from a UK bank account via our payment processing platform partner Stripe, Inc. Claimants that select a frame must have a debit or card that we accept (see bottom of payment page for details of current payment providers); and be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it). You agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Redemptions of the offer where a frame has been selected, will not be processed until the valid payment has been received, this does not affect your statutory rights.

15. If you have selected to purchase a frame with your print you have the right to cancel your order for the frame within 14 days from the date you receive the frame and receive a full refund. If you have already received the frame, you will need to return the frame to us within 14 days of the date of your cancellation of the order. To cancel your order, please email [email protected] and return your frame to Camden Town Brewery, PO BOX 83, Knighton, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 9BE and include details of the return of the frame (including your name, address and order confirmation reference from your order confirmation email). Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. We will provide a full refund within 14 days from the date of your cancellation notice provided that your frame is received undamaged and in the same condition as it was dispatched. Once we have received the frame back or you have supplied evidence that this has been returned to us and we are happy with the condition of the frame we will process your payment refund.

Delivery of the Gift

16. The Gift shall be delivered to the Claimant as soon reasonably possible, but no later than 28 days for a print claim and 45 days for a T-Shirt claim after an Claimant has entered the Promotion and claimed a Gift. Delivery of the Gift is subject to government social distancing restrictions and other COVID-19 related delays, and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any Gift which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

18. The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Gift is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Gift for it, of equal or greater value. If for any reason a print design is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for another print design, in its sole discretion.

19. Participation must be made directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible claims together with claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will be not be considered.

20. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

21. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

22. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

23. The Promoter may refuse to award a Gift in the event of any participant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Gift has been awarded.

24. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at

25. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.

26. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimize the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

27. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

28. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

29. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

30. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
