We have an exciting opportunity for an Field Sales Executive to join our team in London! The Field Sales Executive is the face of Camden Town Brewery in North London, winning great new stockists for our beers, delivering the best customer service and supporting all customers to help grow Camden through sales.

What’s involved:

Grow rate of sale of Camden beers in new and existing On Trade accounts (On Trade = anywhere you purchase product and consume on the premises e.g. bars & restaurants) and win additional distribution
Ensure and maintain perfect execution of the Camden brand in trade, from quality of our beer to activation on the bar
Set volume goals with each account, and agree the brand support, that delivers against the objectives
Being a brand ambassador for Camden and engaging the trade through training, events and brand activations
Differentiate our brand through innovative support that adds value to our customers
You will take ownership of individual customer & territory planning, achieving minimum number of calls and prospects per week and managing a number of accounts

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient and is keen to develop their career with us
Ideally 2+ years in a sales position with a strong track record of success
Ownership – Take your results personally and lead by example.
Excellent relationship building with Customers, Consumers, internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively journey plan across a territory
Flexibility for some evening work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
