About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Coordinator to support the engineering team with, purchasing, engineering suppliers and CMMS.
This role will involve managing purchasing, processing orders, dealing and negotiating with engineering suppliers and ideally dealing with contractors and contractor documentation.
Who we are looking for:
Experience of working in a manufacturing industry
Experience with purchasing / ordering processes
Experience of stores, purchasing, dealing with engineering suppliers
Experience of contractor control, contractor scheduling, dealing with engineering maintenance teams and administration (desirable)
Multiskilled maintenance background / maintenance experience or maintenance skills
Excellent IT skills- you must be able to use Microsoft office (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (Shire Pirana) knowledge and experience is desirable
Engineering Procurement – Process Orders, invoicing, Raising PO’s, engineering order process
Contractor administration, job scheduling, maintain approved contractor file and contractor certificates etc.
Engineering administration and CMMS Admin – create downtime reports correlate CMMS job data to production reports
