Field Sales Manager - Manchester, Leeds & Liverpool

About the Role:

The Field Sales Manager will lead our Northern Sales team. Managing the team securing availability and visibility at Point of Consumption for Camden Town Brewery, ensuring continuous volume growth in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.

What’s Involved?

Strategic development of Camden Town Brewery’s client base in Manchester Leeds and Liverpool
Building and nurturing industry relationships
Management of the Northern sales team across Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, including training and development
Engage key consumers through innovative activations
Being the go-to person for industry knowledge
Negotiating commercial partnerships
Data analysis to drive key trends
Building strong relationships within Camden Town Brewery, especially with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Production to meet Camden Town Brewery’s ambitious goals.

Who We’re Looking For:
5+ years in a sales position with a strong track record of success.
2+ years in a dedicated people management role managing teams of 4 and above.
Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”
Coaching and mentoring of individuals that results in high-performance.
Negotiation and Objection Handling skills. Has a good understanding of commercial maths.
Committed,passionate and able to be flexible to attend events outside working hours, including late nights.
Strong Personality; Presence, Drive, Resilience, Reliability, Self-awareness, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivated, Ambition.
Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
