Office Wizard Needed!
About the Role:
Our brewery in Enfield is a central hub for not only our brewing operation - but lots of our office teams too. So we need an Office Manager to help ensure everything runs like clockwork! The Office Manager is the first point of contact for visitors so needs to be a real ambassador for the business, as well as keeping everything running for our teams based here. They would be part of our People team; and would be required to assist with recruitment, engagement activities and diary management, as well as some facilities management too. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, creative brand – looking to take ownership over a really important part of our day-to-day.
You’ll definitely need:
Previous office management experience.
Diary Management experience.
Multi-tasking - ability to spin several plates at once, with an eye on all of them.
To be happy to take on ad-hoc work, and open to change.
Experience in managing a reception and answering ad-hoc queries.
To be confident efficiently communicating messages to teams.
Positive and proactive attitude, with a flexible approach to tasks required.
Excellent phone and email manner.
It would be ideal (but not essential) if you:
Have worked in a creative or catering company previously.
Are interested in FMCG /drinks.
Have experience in a fast-paced office,
And we’ll be looking for you to be responsible for:
Office Management: Looking after the office, daily checks on keeping meeting rooms and common spaces. Placing orders for the office and staff bar. Booking travel and accom when required.
Office Engagement: Ordering food and Friday lunches for the site, setup and assisting the Engagement Coordinator with office engagement activities (Vitality, Learning Weeks, Inclusion activities etc). Organising milestone gifts & cards for staff, summer and festive activities. Organising collection of staff beer allowance
Facilities Management: Working with the Facilities Manager to maintain, troubleshoot and improve staff facilities. Work with H&S Manager to maintain a safe working environment around the brewery.
Inductions: Put together welcome packs for our new starters, and book rooms/induction sessions as required by the People team.
Recruitment Support: Cover for the People Assistant when required on recruitment. Scheduling interviews and meeting room bookings for interviews. Provide full candidate experience from first contact to post interview feedback.
