Budweiser Brewing Group - Enfield Brewery opened our doors in 2017 and we have big plans for the future. We brew, bottle and keg the equivalent of 1 million pints each week. That’s a lot of beer.  Which is why we’re looking for passionate and hardworking people to join our Beer Team.

Our state-of-the-art Enfield brewery (complete with robot!) is located alongside the River Lea, just a 10-minute train journey from Hackney Downs/Tottenham Hale. We call Enfield our Centre of Excellence, and it’s where we produce Camden Town Brewery’s core range, and more!

About The Role:

This is an opportunity to work alongside both the Site Manager and People Business Partner supporting on several key areas such as recruitment, engagement & site admin support. We’re coming into our busiest time of year and looking for someone to start asap for a period of 3 months, this role is temporary with the view to go permanent in the new year.

About You:

• At least 18 months experience working in Officer Manager/People Admin role
• A passion for working with people & providing excellent support to staff
• Excellent proficiency in excel
• Experience of handling confidential information and dat

Key Responsibilities:

People Support

Screening CV’s & setting up interviews
Collating payroll info – new starters/leavers, shift allowances
Setting up new starters in our HR system
Processing leavers and exit interviews
Monitor probation

Engagement

Preparing inductions for new starters
Work with the site manager to Implement engagement ideas for the site
Issuing site wide weekly comms update - Enfield Echo
Order beer for the staff bar
Support the Leadership team on monthly site updates
Support Site Manager on admin that he may need support on from time to time
