1. What is the Camden Town Brewery “Limited Edition Design Print” promotion?

We’re glad you asked. Our Camden Town Brewery `Limited Edition Design Print` promotion gives you the chance to get your own limited edition print created exclusively for us, on us. Look out for promotional packs of Camden Hells Lager to buy in-store and enter your unique pack code online at to take part.

2. How long is the promotion open for?

The promotion starts on 1st September 2020 and closes on 31st March 2021.

3. Which packs are promotional packs?

The promotion runs on promotional 4 pack cans, 4, 10 and 12 pack bottles of Camden Hells Lager in the UK featuring the promotion on the cardboard outer packaging.

4. Where can I purchase a Camden Hells Lager ’Limited Edition Design Print’ promotional pack?

Promotional packs are stocked in participating UK stores including our Web Shop, Asda, Co-op, M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Spar, Tesco, Whole Foods & Waitrose stores.

5. What if I can’t find a promotional pack?

We expect this offer to be popular and promotional packs are subject to availability – so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

6. Where do I find my unique code?

Your unique code is printed inside the cardboard pack. Look for the unique 8-digit alpha-numeric codes.

7. Can I claim more than one limited edition print?

Yes, you can claim a maximum of 12 prints per household by providing 12 unique codes obtained by purchasing promotional packs. The promotion is limited to a maximum of 12 print redemptions per household. Each unique code can only be used once.

8. Can I choose which limited edition print I receive?

Yes you can! There are 12 different designs to choose from. Please select your print design (subject to availability) from here The limited addition design prints include the following artists:

9. My unique code won’t work. What should I do?

Please check that you have entered each digit correctly. Each unique code is valid for one use only. If you are still experiencing problems contact us at [email protected].

10. I cannot read my code or it is damaged, what should I do?

If you are experiencing problems with your unique code, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the unique code you are trying to enter so we can work out how best to assist you.

11. Can I claim by post?

No, this is an online redemption offer, claims can only be made via the promotion website.

12. When will I receive my print?

We will try and deliver your print(s) within 10 days of you receiving your confirmation email, although as per the terms and conditions prints could take up to 28 working days for a claim to be dispatched.

13. Can I change my address details?

No, unfortunately, once claims have been submitted address details cannot be changed.

14. I have not received my print, what do I do?

Your print should be delivered within 28 days to the address you provided at the time of your online entry. If you have not received your print after 28 days please contact us at [email protected] Your print is A3 in size so will unfortunately not fit through a letterbox. It is a good idea to insert a delivery address at the point of order where there will be someone in at the time your post is normally delivered.

15. I received my print but it was damaged, what should I do?

All of our prints will be sent out in sturdy, secure packaging. But accidents can happen, so if your print does get damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged print and packaging and email it to [email protected] so we can help you out.

16. Can I buy a limited edition design print?

Nope, sorry. All of the prints are currently exclusive to this promotion and can’t be purchased.

17. Can I choose a frame for my print?

If you want, there is the option for you to select a frame for your print. The frame is available to purchase for an additional cost which will be added to your basket online before completing your order.

18. How do I pay for the frame for my print?

If you want to buy a frame, you will be directed to our payment gateway where you will be asked to provide your payment details. Payments can be made by debit or credit card only.

19. Can I return my frame if I am not happy?

You have the right to return/cancel your order for the frame within 14 days from the date you receive the frame and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please email [email protected] along with your email order confirmation reference number and your reason for return. You will then need to return your frame within 14 days from receipt. Please enclose your full name and order reference with your return and send to Camden Town Brewery, PO BOX 83, Knighton, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 9BE. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. We will provide a full refund within 14 days from the date of your cancellation notice provided that your frame is received undamaged and in the same condition as it was dispatched.

20. Where do I return my frame?

Please return you frame to Camden Town Brewery, PO BOX 83, Knighton, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 9BE. Please ensure that you include your full name and address and order confirmation number with your return.

21. I don’t live in the UK; can I claim an A3 Camden Limited Edition Design print?

No, unfortunately, the offer is only available to residents of the UK.

22. What will the information I have submitted be used for?

Your information will only be used to fulfil your claim and to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks, unless you have opted to receive future marketing communications (beer news) from Camden Town Brewery. It will also be used to check how many times you have entered over the course of the offer. Personal Information that you provide may sometimes be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

23. I don't have access to the Internet?

Unfortunately, the offer is only available via the website, and therefore access to the Internet is essential. There are many public facilities such as libraries, which offer access to the Internet.
