Hazy, unfiltered and brewed with Apollo and Chinook hops to give this beer it’s piney spice aromas and citrus freshness. Not like your air freshener, but more like a stroll amongst the spruce back to your log cabin.
It’s Hells, in hibernation form. Like how animals store all their food before going in to hibernation, we pick our hops at their peak time in the hop season and keep them safe, ready for when winter rolls around. It’s piney, crisp and fresh. Cold and bitter (in a nice way).
