Long Form Terms and Conditions 

[Rugby Pod + Camden Town Brewery Free Pint Promotion] (the “Promotion”) 

By participating in this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. 

 

Eligibility 

  1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the “Promoter”). 
  2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 25 or over at the date of participation. 
  3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion are excluded from participating. 
  4. Participants must be able to provide valid photographic identification (passport, driving licence, PASS card, or equivalent) to verify proof of age on request. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service. 

 

Promotional Period 

  1. The Promotion is valid on 4th October 2025 from 12:00 until 23:00 (“Promotional Period”). 
  2. After 23:00 on 4th October 2025, the Promotion will automatically terminate, and no further claims will be honoured. 

 

Offer 

  1. Customers who purchase a ticket to the Rugby Pod and the associated rugby match (a “Qualifying Ticket”) will be entitled to receive one (1) pint of Camden Hells (the “Offer”). 
  2. The Offer is strictly limited to one pint per person during the Promotional Period. Multiple purchases of Qualifying Tickets will not entitle participants to additional pints. 
  3. The Offer must be redeemed in person at Rugby F.C. on 4th October 2025. Redemption at any other venue, or on any other date, will not be accepted. 
  4. The Offer is subject to availability. If Camden Hells is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the pint with a drink of equal or greater value at its discretion. 
  5. The Offer cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any cash equivalent. 

 

Redemption 

  1. To redeem the Offer, participants must present proof of purchase of a Qualifying Ticket at the designated bar or service point within Rugby F.C. during the Promotional Period. 
  2. Redemption must be completed by 23:00 on 4th October 2025. Claims made after this time will not be accepted. 
  3. Staff at Rugby F.C. reserve the right to refuse service if participants are intoxicated, behave inappropriately, or fail to meet eligibility requirements. 

 

General 

  1. Participation in the Promotion must be made directly by the individual. Claims made by agents, groups, or third parties will not be accepted. 
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Offer where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or where participation is deemed fraudulent, dishonest, or otherwise unlawful. 
  3. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking. For further information, please visit www.drinkaware.co.uk. 
  4. The Promoter, Rugby F.C., and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 
  5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial disputes, health crises, natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of war, or terrorism. 
  6. Personal data provided for the purpose of this Promotion will be used only for administration of the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for fulfilment of the Promotion or where consent has been given.   7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, while making reasonable efforts to minimise any adverse impact on participants. 
  8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 
  9. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
