How young are you?

Or in other words, are you of legal drinking age? We have to ask because it’s the law. Just so you know.

Pacman Nope, I’m not quite there yet.

Beer Festival Season

Sure, the summer’s drawing to a close and it already feels pretty wintery out there. Well, bring on Autumn, we say, because with it comes a whole host of great beer festivals. This September and October we’re set to travel all over the UK – and to Sweden – to drink, talk and pour beer at a load of great events, some of which are old favourites and a few we’ve never been to before. Here’s a rundown of where you’ll be able to find us.

Leeds International Beer Festival (4th-7th September) – It’s the 3rd year of this four day fest at Leeds Town Hall, but our first in attendance. We’ll be manning our big, wooden pop-up bar inside and parking the Little Camden Beer Van in the outside tent area for some serious beer sampling. You’ll also be able to find us at at Indian-streetfood-and-craft-beer joint Bundobust on Wednesday 3rd for a beer and food matching evening.

Stockholm Beer and Whisky Festival (25th-27th September & 2nd-4th October) – We’re thrilled to be representing at the double-weekend beer bonanza in one of our favourite home-away-from home cities. Expect a few interesting beers on the menu from us and maybe a tie-in event or two. Plan a mini break and join us.

Indy Man Beer Con (9th-12th October) – Hard to believe it’s only IMBC’s 3rd year, it’s cultivated such a strong following and great reputation. No stall this time as these guys have big, communal bars, but we will have a few of the brew team (they all fight over who gets to go) wandering around and chatting so grab us for a beer or a natter. We’ll also have other events going on across Manchester at Volta, Trof NQ and Font.

Craft Beer Calling (24th-26th October) – An international beer festival in Newcastle and a stellar line-up of breweries for this brand new festival. Make sure to catch the Meet the Brewer sessions including our Alex Troncoso talking lager on the Saturday at 7:30pm. Again, look out for a few fringe events from us which are in planning but yet to be announced.
